We watched bands here a couple of nights mear end of December 2023, absolutely loved it, especially the peanut butter martinis!

So much flavor in every bite! High quality ingredients made with attention to detail. This chef is so talented. The decor is inspired by the Belle Epoch era with warm lighting and dark wood. There is a patio for eating al fresco. A lovely bar area that encourages conversation. A great place for a fantastic meal.

Came here for drinks and stayed for dinner too!! Awesome service and attention to detail!! A big shout out to Madison the bartender for making excellent rum runners!! Another gentleman made my Tiramisu martini and it was divine!! Cheesesteak and Brussels were delicious. The live band kept the party going with some great hits!

We had a great time at the Blase martini bar on siesta key & would 10/10 recommend. We loved how tasty and cool looking our drinks were. The service was also excellent! We will be back— we found our new favorite spot

Kevin (owner), and his staff serve up great libations with a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere and wonderful entertainment with Jamie. A definite must visit.

Henry is amazing. Easily best bartender we've ever had. Guy knows how to make a drink and has so much flair it's really exciting to watch him craft the drink. Wonderful experience and fantastic people! Came back a couple days later and Jimmy was not as cool as Henry, at all!
